SECURITY
With one vehicle being stolen every 18 seconds in N.Z. we take security seriously,we have our own on premise security personel patrolling the grounds all night. Our facilities offer ahigh steel fenced enclosure locked at night to protect your precious transport.
Suggested Trip route:Leave Auckland via SH16 travelling along the Kaipara rejoin SH1 at Wellsford turn left at the Bryerwyns for Dargaville,roar up to Waipoua Kauri Forest.
Stop and see Tane Mahuta the Harley Davison of Kauri trees(well its big and grunty) through to the magnificent views overlooking Hokinga,catch a ferry at Rawene or travel through to Kaikohe rejoin SH1 head north through sweeping country leading to the cambered, winding Mamamukas,head to Taipa Bay Resort though Kaitaia or cut through deliverance country at Fairburn road direct to Taipa Bay Resort.
Alternate route- turn right at Dargaville turn left at Tangowahine experience some mountain ranges and scenery that few main road travellers know exists ,pass twin bridges arrive at Kaikohe,then north on SH1 to the Mammukas or alternatley join SH10 through Waimate North then north to the Taipa Bay Resort.
A second good day trip may be up to the Cape , which an amazing run of about 2½ hours each way with stop overs at possibly Ancient Kauri Kingdom and the Te Paki Stream, with massive Sand Dunes (largest in the Southern Hemisphere).
